- Work Ethic. I firmly believe that hard work beats talent, EVERYTIME! I work consistently. I work when its hard. I work when I'm not feeling good. I work through life events. Business never stops, and I take joy in knowing that I'm relentless.
- Business First. Winners win, its that simple. No matter how we feel about it, winners will win in business, they will win in relationships, they will win in life. Making excuses as to why you can't win won't help you win, it will keep you stuck! No one is coming to save you, do what you can and beat all odds.

My story?

Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. I was born on a December day in 2002. Fortunate enough to be the last child of 4 children, it comes with perks! My parents separated when I was three, but I got to see the best of both of my parents and they ingrained in me the importance of good decision making, discipline, and hard work.

From a very young age I’ve been an avid reader and garnered a vast amount of knowledge very quickly. This put me ahead of the pack in terms of grades for pretty much the entirety of my schooling. In middle school I got into PC gaming and built my first PC the summer of my eighth grade year. This opened up an entire new world for me.

I quickly learned about hardware components, discovered PC Parts Picker and had a blast building computers I could never afford at the time. Taking high school engineering and CS courses that were offered at my school made me into the nerd that I am today.

The only thing that kept me somewhat relatable to my peers was my love for fitness. I take my physical fitness just as serious as my desire to learn. I started training at 15 and fell in love with weighted calisthenics and long distance running. I'm also a BJJ enthusiast.

So fast forwarding to 2021, I graduated high school worked for a bit then enrolled to college for Electrical & Computer Engineering, the best and worst decision of my life - it is tough, but rewarding. I’m seeing the end of the tunnel now, which is great. I had to hustle after the first two years though, as I didn't want to take on any debt. So I did tech internships, worked in IT, took tech free-lance work, this was the most stressful period of my life. Juggling jobs and a tough curriculum, but this allowed me to learn my skill-set through real-world experience by actually working with tech companies and real engineers. I was actually helping launch real products and making commits to prod environments. From this work I learned to invest my money, beyond just "savings", and started to understand how to make money work for me.

All-in-all, apparently this wasn’t enough masochism for me and I decided to start a business. My first entrepreneurial endeavor at the age of 22.

Why start btytechnology.com?

BTY was a motto that I came up with back in high school, it simply means Better Than Yesterday. I’ve had this mindset throughout my life that as long as I can be better than myself on a previous day, I could always see improvement - no matter how hard I fall. I’ve used this for my physical training, studying, my relationships, my finances, etc.

It has evolved with me and I hope that I can take this motto that has impacted my life positively and build a company that can help others achieve their dreams as well.

So I’m taking my knowledge of technology, the countless thousands of hours I’ve spent studying and implementing to create a company that will leverage this technology for the betterment of society.
